Sometimes the easy and simple techniques to earn gold get overlooked. So I thought I would remind WoW Players of an easy way to make 50 Gold an Hour. This idea is great for levels 50+, but could be attempted by well geared 46+ toons, hunters and warlocks (pets).
The technique involves grinding Saltwater Snapjaw’s just outside of the Horde town of , in the Hinterlands. These mobs do have high armor, but their low DPS and neutral status makes them prime gold grinding/xp targets.
For gold focus on the turtles skin for highly sought after thick leather, rugged leather and turtle scales. Also collect their relatively high value vendor trash (grey), greens and blue items drops.

Depending on your server, the turtle scales should sell between 3g to 20g per stack, the rugged leather should sell for 2g to 25g per stack, the thick leather 1g to 10g, and golden pearls (from clams) for 5g to 20g. Add in the vendor trash and recipe, meat, magic and superior items and you can see how quickly the WoW Gold can add up.
Wrap Up: An hour grind here should net you somewhere between 50 to 70 gold on the low side, 120g to 150g per hour high side.
**The only way to make the most out of any gold grind, is to know what every item is worth. Not just to the vendors, but to other players.
