The first inhabitants of the sewers below the Black Temple should not pose a threat to the raid. Clearing the packs of mobs between boss encounters is generally painless process when compared to Serpentshrine Cavern or Tempest Keep.
For packs containing Aqueous Lords, start by Polymorphing their Naga companions. Turn the Lords away from the raid and kill them as fast as possible, as they periodically summon Aqueous Spawns, which, when left alone for a long period of time attempt to Heal their master.
The only pack of mobs that can be problematic is located in the room that also houses High Warlord Naj'entus. There are always 6 mobs in the pack, of which two are always Coilskar Generals. These are immune to crowd-controlling effects and do significant damage. The rest of the pull can consist of a mix of Coilskar Soothsayers, Harpooners, and their Dragon Turtle pets, or Aqueous Surgers. All these can be crowd controlled, but Generals have the ability to both remove all types of crowd control, as well as make their allies immune to them for a short duration. To avoid this, place the two tanks that will control the Generals at the bottom of the ramp that leads to this room and use Hunters to misdirect the Generals to them. Crowd control everything else on the spot, by Polymorphing Soothslayers, Sleeping the Turtles, and Banishing the Surgers. Kill the Generals first, then the rest of the pack.
